Office 365 License Reporting
This is not that straight forward, may be Microsoft is assuming any applied license has all services enabled in it, Which cannot be true everytime, I have following requirement to prepare a report ...
Maybe this might help? It's a PowerShell script written using the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and reports licenses assigned to users together with the costs of the licenses:
