Office 365 Exchange Account Errors

Just purchased Office 365. For Outlook email, I have 1 Gmail acct and 2 Exchange accts. The Gmail works flawlessly, but the Exchange emails throw errors as shown in the attached file. I've had to go back to my Outlook Mac 2011 to gain stability. Can anyone explain how to fix my problems?
