Office 365 Enterprise Standard on Terminal Server

My customer has 15 Office 365 Enterprise Standard, although he wishes to use them on a virtualized server with terminal services, so that users can access the server through Remote Desktop and use their Office 365 using their accounts for online and installed office on the server?
