Office 365 email disclaimer not always highlighted

I manage two domains that use Office 365. Both have a similar email disclaimer to warn the reader that an email originated from outside the domain. For the most part, it works, but sometimes the disclaimer is not highlighted as it should be. Is there a way to always force the disclaimer to be highlighted or is this a glitch?
