Office 365 E3 ( categories , emali delete )
Hello Dear All
I need small advice before i will explain my situation
i am planning to implement office 365 for my company
i have reservation department , they using one email reservation@company.com , in the departmens are 10 person, simultaneously using the this one email with same name reservation department
i want to move in office 365 and also move my email with same name : but i need this fietures
1) from admin page i want to restrict email deletion from inbox or outbox email
2) if one marks emails with any color (categories) all can see this but no one could unmark
this possible ? please advice i am new in office 365 and do not know many

but as i saw in litigation hold can do like this,, if user will delete emails,, this email ca be saved somewhere in specific time
and another question if user will mark emails with categories , and after unmarks,, with log can i see this ,,like this features possible ? #1 is achievable is you delegate the permissions on the folder level. #2 is not possible.
