Office 365 e-mail and AD user
Hello Dear Community,
Maybe you can help me... At me work we recently implemented Office 365, so my doubts is if when we create a new user in our Active Directory is possible that a new e-mail will generated automatically assiciated to that user? or Is necessary always fill the form to generate a new one email?
Is that possible?

Creating the user in AD does not result in creating user in O365, you need DirSync to run first. Moreover, in order for said user to be able to receive email, you need to license him for Exchange Online. You can certainly automate all these steps, including the sending of welcome email, via PowerShell or your API of choice. If you want to use the built-in tools however, there is no automatic way.
