Office 365 and Teams accounts on Android phone causes confusion

There are two accounts on my Android phone. First is the Office 365 account which I use to open documents received by email and the second one is Teams. Whenever I use Teams, it signs me out of the Office 365 account login. When I open an Office app or document, I have to switch to that account. And, it takes forever to load up.
Any help would be appreciated.
