Office 365 Adoption Preview
Turning it on sounds great but Microsoft isn't being informative as to if this costs money and what load this puts on the traffic if any. With that said who here knows if turning this feature on is an additional cost and who is able to access this data, I would like to point out that a majority of my users have Power BI enabled - do they get access to all of this reporting and analitics?

No cost involved what so ever, you lose nothing by turning it on and gain everything from the insights it provides on Office 365 adoption and engagement in your tenant. From the https://support.office.com/en-GB/article/Office-365-Adoption-Content-Pack-77ff780d-ab19-4553-adea-09cb65ad0f1f:
Question: Is this content pack going to be available through purchase or will it be made available for free?
Answer: The content pack is available to all customers free of charge. You need to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=845347 to connect to the content pack. You can also customize the dashboards and reports with the free Power BI service.
The question about access is also covered:
Question: Who can connect to the Office 365 Adoption content pack?
Answer: You have to be either a global administrator, Exchange administrator, Skype for Business administrator, or SharePoint administrator in order to connect to the content pack.
A new role that would allow a user to read reports is also under consideration.
Hope that makes things a bit clearer!
