Office 365 32-bit (Excel freezes or Very Slow Response)

Hi,

Due to SAP BI, we had to downgrade office 365 from 64 to 32 bit.

Issue: Excel files respond very slow than usual, sometimes freezes.

I appreciate any possible support to fix this issue.
