Office 365 - Message Center preferences

The issues seesm to be resolved now. I'm now seeing:

It shoud appear normaly, I advise to create a support ticket on Office 365 to raise this problem.
I think is being rolled out...I don't have it too, but I'm receiving the weekly e-mail
