O365 vs MS365

In the portal of my EU test tenant I have two different services that I can purchase that, at face value, look like exactly the same thing at two different prices. The "Learn more" link for Microsoft 365 Business just takes me to office.com and my app dashboard etc.

Might be some tweaking required to make the distinction between the two offerings.
