O365 Sharepoint calendar

Hi, 

My company intranet is on O365 Sharepoint. My user have following requirement

i) Day view is by default displayed.

ii) Month calendar is displayed in left hand pane to navigate between days

iii) There are three link in right hand side for Daily view, weekly view and monthly view
