O365 contacts cannot be opened nor edited

Hi, my O365 enables me to create contacts. Good. However, edit our 'open contact' doesn(t operate. It stall Outlook for a few seconds. Then nothing..

I have read that this had been debugged with a June update. However, I have updated Outlook and the problem continues.
