Not able to open Word/Excel file from Outlook directly after upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11

Hi all, I hope someone can help me to identify the cause of the issue and have a solution.  I upgraded my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using "Update and Security" in the laptop then I am no longer able to open Word/Excel from Outlook directly.  Each time I try to open the attached Word/Excel file from Outlook, I got those errors from Word/Excel.  However, if I download the files to my laptop first, I can open them fine.  I already tried other ways like went to to Trust center to make change but that didn't help.   Laptop has at lease 100GB space and no other programs are running at the time when I try to open Word/Excel from Outlook so it is not storage or ram issue.
