Not able to drag folder in outlook
I am not able to drag my folders which is inside inbox & outside the inbox. I have reviewed blog and articles but not getting this solved. Please team share me if anyone is facing the same issue. ...
Which version of Outlook is that? Have you tried running Outlook in safe mode (hold the CTRL key while launching it or type 'Outlook /safe' in the run box) and reproduce the issue? Do you have similar issues with other programs, Windows Explorer for example?
Ohh yea, i can see in safe its working.
but in normal mode same issue.
can you please share me the fix.
If it works in safe mode, most likely some of the add-ins you have installed is causing this. Start disabling them one by one until you find the offender.
