Non-Delivery Report NDR delivered to Junk E-mail folder.

Non-Delivery Reports are critical for business. But in our Microsoft 365 tenant, NDRs are delivered to the Junk E-mail folder.

Only some users are affected. Others have no issue.

I logged the case with Microsoft, and the engineer said it is a bug. Microsoft is releasing a fix globally. But the issue has existed since the year 2023.

So far, no fix has been deployed by Microsoft.

Please advise.
