No option to migrate shared mailbox in Exchange 2010 EMC
If I want to migrate a user mailbox to Exchange Online, I right-click on the mailbox and select "New Remote Move Request".

Yes, I'm in the EMC.
If there is no special reason, you should always start the migration process from the "Destination Organization".
Make sure that you can see the Shared Mailbox in the o365 admin center, and check if the shared mailbox is synced to o365.

Thank you gentlemen.
First of all, the absence of the "New Remote Move Request" was due to a previous move (between on-premises mailbox databases) that I did not clear. Once I cleared the previous move request (had been completed for a long time), I was able to select the option.
Even so, I followed your advice (attempt the migration in the EAC-Exchange Online) and was able to migrate the shared mailbox.
Thank you both once again.
Hi David,
Glad to know the problem is now solved.
Hi David,
Can you try to move your mailbox using Exchange Admin Center on Office 365 if you see the mailbox and move it ?
