That looks similar but I'm having the same issue even when I create the folder and share it out to the guest user. Guest users can only create visio documents in the folder and new folders.

Hi Raymond Preston,
If you permission a folder/site to an external user (not using a sharing link), does that user still see the subset of creation options? Or does it only occur when a link is shared? Thanks,
