New people experience information leaking

'Featured People' view works with the power of Delve. It should show only the details based on permissions which you / other users have on it. email address shown in 'Working with' are filtered from your mailbox and hence it is sure that there is no leakage of information. AFAIK, there is no way to turn this off.
I am able to bring up the CEO's contact card, and see the external people they have e-mailed, as well as the external people's e-mail addresses. I do not see this information anywhere in Delve, so why then would it show up in this new people experience? The only thing Delve shows are people internally, not external people/addresses.
