"New Outlook" Inbox not updating

My work just switched to using the New Outlook, and we all have the same issue. This needs to be resolved. ASAP. I constantly am flipping back and forth all the time between Filtering Unread and ALL. So that is another option It is odd the Inbox count updates but the list doesn't. This is not a network issue.

Polymath63 I am on a wired network with an always on connection and this still happens to me. I have noticed that it only impacts my work account and not my personal one. MS needs to get this fixed.

msoots When I reported it, they said it operates as specified. I told them it was unusable and not fit for purpose. They told me to go back to old versions. Seems they have a bunch of wet behind the ears web programmers who really don’t understand functional software, and similarly inexperienced product managers to back them up. So very tired of poor software from large companies…
