New App on Launcher does not work

I went to the Skyp Operations Framework site and after logging in there, I got a new App for it on the App Launcher in our tenant. When I click on that app tile, i get the following

You cannot access this application because it has been misconfigured. Contact your IT department and include the following information:
Undefined Sign-On URL for application "SkypeOperationsFramework"

Does anyone know why this would be happening?
