New 365 Install

I just installed 365 on a new laptop. All 365 APPS had to be reconfigured from the beginning. This includes the views in Outlook, the top ribbon in Excel and Word. Is there a way to install 365 and keep my previous personal settings?

    May I know if the version installed was downloaded from O365 portal after login? If yes, it is different as Pro Plus version

      I downloaded it on 6/4/23. The control panel shows the version as 16.0.16327.20248
