Need step by step instrux on adding external user to O365 Group, please
Thanks Juan Carlos
This is gonna sound really dumb, but how would I map a Gmail account to an Outlook.com account to login to the O365 Group automatically or semi-auto (i.e. having to sign into MSFT account to authenticate).
I'm having a "Brain F**T" on the procedure. :-)

Hi Sonia.
Thanks for the link. Looks like it will work, but I have something wonky going on in my tenant as for some unknown
reason I can't add external users to my External Group.....LOL. Adding external users worked fine until JUST NOW! :-)
I'm looking through all the Admin stuff. I might have unchecked/checked something inadvertantly. I'll get back to you with the results when I can.
Thanks again

Does https://www.petri.com/external-access-office-365-groups help at all?

Thanks Tony et al...
Tony your link is very good, but I have run into a snag. I have a call into Microsoft Support to help me.
I can't add Guests anymore to my Outlook on the Web Groups. Something is wrong at my end, but I can't track it down, or the problem is at their end, which I'll find out soon enough after they call me back.
I'll reply when I get this fixed.
Thank you all for your help.
