Need assistance - Incoming email is accompanied by another email from Office 365
Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks in advance for any help.
helponservice2014 isn't an account at GMail. Double check the address you are sending to.
Cary, I send a test email to my recipient, rmorrow@********.com and that's the only address I enter. Then Mr. Morrow gets my email. Within a few seconds he also gets the email you see in the screenshot.

- Maybe Morrow has a forward/rule setup on their .com email address that is trying to forward to the Gmail address.
