Need API documentation for get the updated plan and tasks in a planner

Hi Team
We are integrating the microsoft planner tasks and plans. To get the updated planner tasks and  newly created  planner plan or task  found the below document with skip token..

But that is in beta version. Could not find no other API for get the updated or newly created planner objects.
can anyone please help on this?
