My Access report form wizard is not working

Hi, I'm trying to create a new report form in Access but when I press the Form Wizard I get the message: "This feature isn't installed or has been disabled." It's asking to rerun Microsoft Access or the Microsoft Office Setup program. What is the best method to resolve this problem.
