Multiple Signatures on different email addresses in Outlook 365
Hello I have 2 separate email addresses in outlook 365, I need a separate signature for each and can only create one signature that and the same one goes onto both emails Kindest Regards Bev
You have to be a bit more specific here. In general, you should have no problem adding multiple signatures, as detailed here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-and-add-a-signature-to-messages-8ee5d4f4-68fd-464a-a1c1-0e1c80bb27f2

There is no problem during the set up its just when I come to use my emails they both have the same signature on and they are different businesses that I work for
