Multiple e-mails about weekly activity report in Microsoft Family Safety

This issue I am having for 4 years. I and my family gets e-mails about a weekly activity report of my account because my account is registered as a child account but there is an issue with it, my family gets multiple e-mails about my weekly activity, someone gets 2 or someone gets 6 same e-mails which are very annoying. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
