MS Outlook

After my Windows 11 update, yesterday, my Outlook displays a notification “we have changed this email to plain text” now ALL my incoming emails are changing to Plain Text format…..as well as  my outgoing emails now has to be set to HTML…manually? Both settings for sending and receiving emails are already set to HTML in my Outlook settings?
