MS Access 2016 Options - Trusted Locations are disabled

MS Access Options - Trust Locations are disabled

A number of MS Access features required to maintain a few databases are not working and come up with error messages - particularly the wizards. It looks like the issue might be with Trusted Locations - specifically making. Client User (mclaines access.jpg) have compared settings with other client user (razayhen access.jpg) whose MS Access is working properly and the settings are very different, but I don't have access to change it. Can you please review the attached screenshots to fix it with some resolution.
