Hey Saif,
Transitioning to a new domain is straightforward with email forwarding tools
For example, you have emails: email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons
In this case you can just start using email address removed for privacy reasons for every new website and get messages forwarded there from email address removed for privacy reasons.
Just set up forwarding for every email in your company, it's easy to do via ProxiedMail (without creating every email manually).
Here is material about it: https://proxiedmail.com/en/migrate-emails-from-domain-to-another
TLDR: Steps to set up forwarding:
1. Just move old domain to ProxiedMail
2. Set up wildcard proxy-email for old domain like *@companyname.com -> *@newcompanyname.com
That's it.
