Mouse Pointer Freezes

Hi, my name is Carlos and I have just join the community.  Recently bought the 365 Annual Package with 1 TB and have found an error that I've never experience before.  I will attempt to show what comes on the screen; Sorry but can't figure a way to paste my jpg.  Is there a way to do that? Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
