Moderator Decision Control
We have begun to receive some emails that say "Your message has expired without any moderator decision for the following recipients." Can someone tell me where this is configured in Office 365? Thank you.

Moderation can be configured on a number of objects, so unless you provide some additional information we can only guess. Usually it's some distribution group and you can control the settings via PowerShell, but that's not always the case.
