Missing modern ui in some OOTB SharePoint Apps

I am working for a customer which would like to use the modern ui for all document libraries and lists. A document library and custom lists providing the option to use the modern ui. But there are alot OOTB SharePoint Apps which dont provide the modern UI option. For example: Tasks, Contacts, Issues etc. What is the roadmap to provide for these/all SharePoint apps the modern ui?
