Migrating to new Hybrid Exchange Server
Hello,
We're currently configured with Office 365 Hybrid / Exchange 2016 / Azure AD Connect. We have two Exchange 2016 servers on-premise. Both server can communicate, etc. We'd like to move the hybrid role to the other Exchange 2016 server.
Do I re-run the hybrid configuration wizard again or should I update the connectors in Office 365 to the new server?

Yes you can re-run HCW and change the servers and the endpoint from Office 365 in the wizard, is the better way.
