Microsoft Whiteboard Preview in Business Store?
To clarify:
You need to enable it in your Office 365 tenant, which allows people to sign into the app using their Office 365 creds. There is no web based version of Microsoft Whiteboard currently.
The app seems to be available in the public Microsoft Store, but if you manage your company's store via https://businessstore.microsoft.com/ you can normally search for any app there and 'get the app'. This will add it to your store.
Good news is that I checked today and it's now there:

I can find the app ... its the setting in admin portal that isn't available.

The option finally showed up in the admin portal. Must have been a timing thing for deployment. I wish Microsoft would give a date range for deployment, especially for us early adopters. Excited to try it out now.
