Microsoft Powerpoint - Insert > Icons / 3D Models not working

I try to incert icons in MS power point, but after click the icons, local folder pop-out instead of suggestions of icons like always. Turns out MS Word also face the same prob

What I’ve Tried That Didn’t Work:

• Updated Microsoft 365.
• Checked for add-ons (I don’t have any).
• Uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft 365, then restarted.
• Contacted Microsoft support, where remote access was used to repeat the above steps again.
