Microsoft Office subscription after Windows 11 upgrade

What will happen to my existing Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 subscription after I upgrade my system to Windows 11? Can I still use my old office subscription, if yes how? If no, then will I have to buy a new Office 2021/Microsoft 365 subscription? Pls suggest.
