Microsoft Lists without group

Hello

i work with Microsoft teams in my work place

i want to know if it's possible to do some things with Microsoft lists app:

1. i can add some list to left bar as i icon? (kind of shortcut)?

2. why i can work on lists without channel? i very love the template there and want to use them but i need to create team for that.
