Microsoft labels info in file properties

Basically when a classification labels has been applied to a file, you would able to look at the metadata of the classification label through opening files and going into advanced properties.

Does anyone knows if:

1. There is way to view the classification metadata from file-> right click properties? (Without opening the file)
2. Under the document advance properties, when a user modify the value of the classification, it does not revert to initial label metadata even when saving document. The modified value remain to the newly modify value.
