Microsoft Forms - branching

I have created a Microsoft form with branching.  I created the questions beforehand.  For some reason when I preview I can only see the 1st question (no multiple answers was selected).  

When I click on the choices in question 1 it does not take me to the correct question as selected in branching.  Also the majority of the questions are not shown in preview?  Any help would be appreciated.
