Microsoft Dynamics 365 design custom Email Templates

Hi!

Is there a way to design email templates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a similar manner to how you can in Dynamics for customer service? 

Alternatively, can I design templates for sales in the customer service app and then use them in sales?
