Microsoft 365 E5 Server Protection?

Hi,Does Microsoft 365 E5 offer any antivirus protection for servers.&nbsp;Is there an Microsoft defender endpoint protection we can use on a server? Or some other equivalent as I would like to protect file servers as well?&nbsp;Thanks,Ward&nbsp;&nbsp;
