No. I've never been able to find a form or support channel that at least addressed the issue on its own merits. They all say they can't help or send me somewhere else. Microsoft support is just disgusting.
Yes when I try to teach in X platform. They told we are not sure, you can create new outlook account and get trail period ther. But how many we need to create 🤦.
