Microsoft 365 developer permissions
Hi
If i have microsoft 365 developer tenant only and still don't have real tenant can i develop let's say powerapps application export it and import to other production tenant?
Also is it allowed to create a delagated admin in developer tenant and with this admin manage customers comercial microsoft 365 tenant?
- The only thing to be aware of is that a Dev tenant probably has a higher power Apps licenses than the audience you are targeting. This may mean they don't have the features you have included in your solution. Apart from that, there really is no difference between tenants, production or developer.
The question of delegated admin is really a licensing question so I'm only guessing here and I suggest you log a support ticket in your dev tenant and as MS directly. However, take a look at:

which says:
Delegated administration is only available for resellers and partners
and I suspect you'll need to be on of these to qualify.
