microsoft 365 basic
HI i have subscribed to 365 basic, had a previouse instalation of office 2019, have uninstalled but my pc keep showing office 2019 instead of the 365 basic can anyone help; me ? thanks
Try fix on below:
- Use Microsoft’s Office Uninstall Tool
Uninstalling via Control Panel often leaves behind registry entries and cached files.
- Download the official Office Uninstall Support Tool
- Run it and choose “Uninstall Office”
- Follow the prompts to remove all Office versions, including hidden leftovers
- Restart Your PC
This clears any locked files or registry entries that might still be active. - Reinstall Microsoft 365 Apps
- Go to https://www.office.com
- Sign in with the Microsoft account tied to your 365 Basic subscription
- Click “Install Office” and follow the instructions
- Verify the Installed Version
- Open Word or Excel
- Go to File > Account
- Under “Product Information,” it should say Microsoft 365 Apps for Business or similar
- Remove Old Shortcuts
Sometimes the Start Menu or desktop still shows Office 2019 icons.
- Delete any shortcuts labeled “Office 2019”
- Pin the new Microsoft 365 apps to your taskbar or Start Menu
Hi first of all thanks for your post done everything you said but when oppening any app still says office 2019
