microsoft 365 basic plan -- issue with products/licenses
If more than a month has passed, the status of the subscription will be changed to Deleted, and is not shown by default. On the Billing/Your products page (first screenshot), such subscriptions are filtered out by default. Hit the Filters button and adjust the selection therein.
Another possibility is that the subscription was provisioned under a different billing account, though judging by the screenshot above, this should not be the case here.
As to why you can still use the account, there is an "admin" grace period that allow you to export any data necessary (or renew). Details for example here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/subscriptions/what-if-my-subscription-expires?view=o365-worldwide

Thanks for your response. I checked all the filters, still it's not showing any licenses or products or even payment methods (which was provided at the time of subscription), except I am active user..
in the users menu, I can see like below:
Regarding other billing account, Exactly 1 month back, I created this email by subscribing to "microsoft 365 basic plan" with providing personal email ID (gmail.com) and with some dummy organization name... since that time it has not been showing any license or products till today. But I am not able to login to admin center using personal email id, as it is showing not allowed error.
The way the data showing, I feel like I just got email ID with no paid licenses. Is it possible? Appreciate any suggestions regarding this.., I will try to cancel this subscription from my end.
