Method to deploy common ical file (holidays) to each and every email account in Outlook web access

Hi,.

As subject says I have common iCalender (.ics) file and it needs appear in all my 2700 users individual calendar in the tenant. We are not using Outlook desktop app and accessing email using web browsers only. Any method to achieve this?
