messg spam from my office email to yahoo
I created a case with Yahoo and I received the following:
Hello David,
Thank you for contacting Yahoo Postmaster.
We understand that your mails are landing in our users spam folder. We'd like to help.
Recently you may have noticed an increase in mail going to the spam folder for senders using Office 365 and other Microsoft products.
We are in the process of addressing this issue and expect it to improve over the next several days. Please have your recipients mark the mail in the spam folder as "not spam" or "ham" and that will help to correct the issue.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi All,
I'm having the same problem! Our office 365 emails are frequently going to clients spam folders. Even clients that we have an ongoing thread with. Its mostly Yahoo emails, but also a couple Gmail.
This is causing big problem as we don't know if clients receive our emails or not.
Any update?
Thanks
Matt

- ThatNerdyKevJun 11, 2022Copper ContributorI believe it's in the hands of Yahoo at this point; though this is the first I'm hearing it happening with Gmail. I haven't experienced the issue with anyone that has a Gmail account (or ANY account other than a Yahoo-owned one). I THINK someone on this thread communicated with Microsoft and, if I remember correctly, they said it's not on their end. Alas, we're at the mercy of Yahoo. There are a few fixes suggested throughout this thread, but they are hit or miss and, IMO, an unrealistic solution for us to go back to our clients with. I wish Microsoft would get involved, even to just ensure us they are working with Yahoo to remedy the situation.
