Messages in Compliance Manager

Hi Team.

I review improvement actions in Compliance Manager of Microsoft 365.

I have some actions with the legend "There is a pending update to this assessment" Review update.

What does this message mean?

That the improvement action has already been completed?

I clic in Review update and not problem with this improvement action?
